I’m a deeply passionate soul about everything related to the health and wellbeing, which led me to this beautiful path of wisdom and knowledge that I share with dedication and love.

​

Choosing to leave a busy corporate work environment to pursue my passion and share it with other people was one of the best decision I took towards a more balanced and mindful life. a passion that became my work after I finalized my teacher training in Dubai. a country where I lived for many years.

​

My teaching experience with different people, cultures and mindsets around the world taught me so much in many different ways, by sharing people’s stories and life experiences I learned to adjust and adapt my teaching techniques to people’s needs, as everyone is different and unique in their own ways. I strongly believe that one of the most important thing in life is to find some peace within ourselves, to be able to do that, we need to constantly cultivate positive thoughts to help overcome past experiences that has caused us pain, trauma, fear and face present difficulties that can be a barrier to finding that inner peace and happiness. It can be very challenging to achieve such a goal as life is full of surprises sometimes good and some others less pleasant. But if we wisely use what the yoga world has to offer from a physical aspect to a spiritual practice and other important aspects of yoga, we can manage our emotions in a better way, therefore handling life situations with more ease and calmness that will help us get to that state of peacefulness.

Yoga for me is more than just Asana (physical exercise) it’s a lifestyle that extend into every aspect of our lives. we can start by making small conscious and mindful choices in a daily life whether it’s related to our health, work, relationships, and with time it will get easier to build good habits that guide us towards a healthier and a more balanced way of life.

​

I teach different styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin yoga, Yin/Myofascial release, face yoga and Breath work. Each style holds a special place in my heart with Yin yoga to be one of my favorite, as I found this particular practice very healing to the soul and so beneficial for the body and mind. I share these styles with dedication and enthusiasm with all my students hopping each of them gets an experience that goes beyond the body and pierces deeply into the heart to nourish their souls.

I also lead private retreats and workshops. In my classes I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never knew you had.

​

My mission is to guide my clients towards a more balanced way of life by helping them to see and realize what is positive in their lives, be grateful for it and stay connected to a deepest part of themselves to find their way to inner peace, healthy mind, body and emotions. I teach them how to use the tools that they have between their hands to nurture a positive thinking and let go of what’s holding them back.

The yoga path is endless, it all starts with a pose, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth. I value each and every person who joins my class and I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
